Terry has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point. She has worked in Social Work Services and in Marketing.

Terry and her husband Joe have been active members of St Joseph's since 1999. They are the grateful parents of five St Joseph School graduates.
