Registration Forms
Please download and complete the registration form for the grade(s) your child(ren) will be attending in 2024-2025. A $200 non-refundable registration fee per student must accompany each registration. Tuition rates and financial assistance options can be found here. Applicants will be notified of their status by March 1st for 3K and by April 20th for 4K through 8th grade. Don't delay, space is limited.
