Teens entering sophmore and junior year of High School may seek the Sacrament of Confirmation. The Teen Confirmation program is a 2 year program - Sophomore through Junior year. The confirmation candidates meet on the 1st and 3rd Sunday evening of the month, mid-September through May, and on other specified dates.

To participate in the Confirmation Preparation students must have attended 2 years of high school level parish catechesis or be enrolled in a Catholic High School.  If your student does not meet this requirement, contact the YDM office to discuss possible arrangements.

The requirements to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation are:

• Fully practice their faith
• Attend Mass every Sunday and Holy Day of Obligation
• Receive Communion at least once a year at Easter
• Receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation once a year
• Attend and fully participate in the Confirmation Prep sessions.
• Attend a Confirmation retreat
• Fully participate in the service opportunities offered by the YDM program, as well as an additional service project with your Sponsor

The Alive in You Mission Trip experience includes both serving the local community daily as well as attend evening sessions that include praise and worship music, speakers, fun games, and small group time.

We are looking for young people to answer the call from God and Father Andy to be Mass Servers.  We will provide training, mentoring, and support. Any students from 3rd grade and older are welcome to join the Servers Team.
