I earned my bachelor's degrees in Early Childhood (Pre-K-3rd grade) and Middle Childhood-Early Adolescence (1st- 8th grade) from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, with a minor in Special Education (Non-Licensure).
Teaching is more than just helping a student reach their potential. It is an opportunity to engage them in the educational process and help them discover a love of learning. I am a highly passionate and hardworking elementary teacher who creates a positive, hands-on learning environment to work with students in grasping concepts, offering them valuable feedback, measuring performance, and working with parents and fellow teachers to help each student be successful.
I teach in a Catholic school because I love the family feel that St. Joseph brings to the community with small class sizes, the ability to share our beliefs and faith with celebrating feast days and holidays, attending mass together weekly, and watching 2nd graders receive Jesus for the first time during First Holy Communion. I myself also attended a catholic school kindergarten thru 8th grade.
I love being outdoors, riding my bike, walking and spending time with my family. I also love shopping!
"Mrs. Kaiser is great because she always helps me stay on track of everything."
"Mrs. Kaiser is enthusiastic and makes learning fun for the kids."
"Mrs. Kaiser is a fantastic addition to our school. She is caring and attentive to what the children need. She helps to push them where improvement is needed. We love her and are so glad she is part of the St Joe's family."
"Mrs. Kaiser brings really interesting and current information to our students. This helps get them thinking beyond the classroom. And thanks to Mrs. Kaiser, our daughter was well prepared to receive her Sacraments this year. Along the way, her relationship with Jesus grew, too."
