2nd/3rd Grade
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. I also hold a Masters degree in Educational Technology from Marian University. I have taught for 16 years in a variety of grade levels; K5, 2nd, 3rd, and am excited to enter my 10th year of teaching 4K! I have loved every grade I’ve taught, but my heart belongs with the youngest of learners!
I believe every child deserves an education that meets all areas of development - cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and faith. I create a safe learning environment where every child is welcome and an important part of our school family. I foster a love of learning through thematic play-based centers that meet all students' needs.
As a parishioner and parent to two boys at St. Joe's, I am excited to become a part of the St. Joe's staff. After spending the last 15 years working in public schools, I am thrilled to be able to incorporate faith into all aspects of our school day!
I love spending time with my husband and two boys, hiking, swimming, reading, or watching WI sports!
