Welcome to Mrs. Nichol's 3rd Grade Mrs. Mary Nichol Our school theme is "Believe and Achieve". If you believe in yourself, you can achieve anything! Our main school focus for every child is RESPECT. This includes respecting others, the school, and our belongings. Third Grade will have many new opportunities for the children. Every day is a busy day. Your child will work hard and accomplish a lot! The first few weeks will be a welcome challenge for most and stressful for some. Please hang in there and be patient as your child settles into the third grade expectations. I want you to know that BY SETTING EXPECTATIONS HIGH,THE CHILDREN WILL REACH THEM, or by setting expectations low,the children will also reach them...which do you think is best? Our weekly specials are: MONDAY- GYM and LIBRARY TUESDAY- SPANISH and COMPUTER WEDNESDAY- GYM and ART (EVERY OTHER WEEK) THURSDAY- MUSIC and COMPUTER FRIDAY- MASS, SPANISH Please send a healthy snack and a water bottle daily.
