Fourth Grade

Mrs. Lisa Goertz, teacher

Hello! I am very excited to be your fourth grade teacher this year.  Our schoolwide theme this year is "Building Blocks of Faith."
In our classroom, the focus in Religion will be learning the Ten Commandments and Beatitudes and discovering the goodness of God. We will be discovering how to live the Commandments in our everyday lives.   Fourth graders strive every day to be active Christians.  We will focus every day on treating others with kindness, compassion, and respect.
How will you choose to show love and kindness every day?
Fourth grade is a time to become more responsible and organized!  Learning and increasing your time management skills is important, too.  These valuable skills are goals the fourth graders accomplish throughout the year.  All you need to do to accomplish these goals is to follow this simple equation:

TURNING IN YOUR WORK + DOING YOUR BEST = SUCCESS

Please be sure to bring a water bottle and a healthy snack daily.
