WE, THE STUDENTS OF ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC SCHOOL-BIG BEND, ARE PROUD AND HONORED TO HAVE CHOSEN ST. DOMINIC SCHOOL-NOLA TO RECEIVE PROFITS FROM OUR STUDENT-TO-STUDENT T-SHIRT SALE. 

ON AUGUST 29, 2005, HURRICANE KATRINA AFFECTED ST. DOMINIC CHURCH, SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY....BUT NOT THEIR SPIRIT.  WE INVITE YOU TO VISIT ST. DOMINIC-NOLA AND WITNESS THEIR INCREDIBLE SPIRIT . . .

This year's student council 2006 Thanksgiving Project is directed to financially helping a school in New Orleans that was damaged by Hurricane Katrina.  The project, Student to Student, involves the purchase of a T-shirt and a third of the cost of the shirt is given to a school we've chosen in New Orleans. 

As most of you are aware that Dr. Holman's daughter, Lisa, has lived in New Orleans for seven years and experienced the hurricane and its destruction first hand.  Lisa has picked a school near her home to receive the money from the shirts we purchase.  Additional details about the shirt and order forms are available in the school office or contact the school office at 262.662.2737. 

DEADLINE FOR ORDERS HAS BEEN EXTENDED!  Please return your order forms to school by Friday, November 10, 2006.
